In the MLS database, you will find information on the property’s sale price, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the property size, the type of construction, and other details. Most MLS databases allow you to search by address. Just enter the address of the property in question and see if it appears in the MLS database.

- The MLS database is basically information about the property that has been provided by the seller. The seller’s real estate agent entered this information into the MLS database.
- The seller himself/herself did not enter this information as he/she doesn’t even know what is in the MLS database.
You can also enter information into the MLS database that pertains to the property that you own. This is not a title document, but it can be a useful starting point in your search for the missing title document.
Contact the Real Estate Agency:-
If you are unable to locate the title document and have already searched the MLS database, you should contact the real estate agency that listed the property for sale.
The real estate agent may have a copy of the title document in his/her possession. This is especially true if the property was listed for sale some time ago.
